Once again I took the liberty of getting this to you first, I am sorry you feel that we haven’t done enough for you although we have gone over and above, out of our way for you as we say we will, your flowers have been out on the truck for delivery and I cannot call the truck back, we have other customers as well. In deliveing your flowers our truck slid into a revene on count of the ice, we are trying to get these there for you, please be patient.

I, Bibbs received this following email back from Holly↔

 

Dear Bibbs Shop Owner,

 Yesterday during our interaction, I believe I let anger get the best of me and for that I am sorry. During our first conversation, we spoke of a plan that didn’t quite happen as discussed. This arrangement actually meant alot to me, considering the importance of my sister to me and my absence during her pain, I was trying to send the perfect arrangement to her from MY heart, to brighten her day. When you told me that you could not provide my original request, I still at that point wanted to work with you because of your kindness. However, when I requested another hour or so, so that I could look over some examples and decide what I really wanted to send, instead of making a hasty decision on something that I would be settling for and not be happy with, you then first lied to me about being half-way through with an arrangement (which angered me, because I knew we were still discussing what that arrangement would be), then you became rude and insensitive. I would have paid ANY reasonable price for delivering something I wanted to send. However, after you offended me, I did not see where I should have to tolerate rudeness from any SERVICE. And so you decided to create your own idea and send it to her on my behalf….and then charged me $65.

 WELL, my original plan was to simply cancel the transaction through my bank, since you and I were dealing with “the principle of the matter”. And then report you as bad business. 

 However, My God is Great. And we, as His people, are called to be peace makers. I am truly sorry for my attitude towards you yesterday when hanging up the phone. That was not making peace. He is very Gracious to me. Therefore, if you had to go to such lengths to get 65 dollars, then I want you to have it. Sincerely. I am very thankful for the blessings in my life!

And I pray that if you don’t know God, you will come to know Him. Because without Him, life would mean nothing. BUT with HIM, it’s amazing. Truly.

Sometimes we will not be able, no matter what, to please another, I only have to face these types of situations on a very rare occassion. And then sometimes, people are just misunderstood, as Holly really had no idea that we should have never left the shop that day we were iced in, that was my fault. Sometime we think we are doing the right things to later find out that we had’nt. My husband has been my delivery driver for nearly 2 years now and he even thought we could get out and be safe.
